Building information modelling (BIM)

Future population trends mean that we have to look at more efficient ways to design and build. 3D BIM (Building Information Modelling) helps us explore design options and visualise buildings before they are built as well as create and manage information on a building project from design and build, to operation and future management.

Space, systems and products can be shown relative to each other as well as to the whole project. You can get as close as you can to experiencing the final project without building anything, allowing for review and refinement during the process and prevent mistakes from happening. A BIM model will contain all the information and parameters needed for different sectors to connect their information and requirements all in one place.
