Business Intelligence and CRM Administrator
Your Role
Business Intelligence (mPower):
- Run, update and assist in developing and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Ensure data quality through validation and cleansing routines.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs.
- Use SQL and other query languages to manipulate and analyse datasets.
CRM Development (CRM):
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance of the CRM system (user accounts, permissions, data updates) Provide support for user queries and issues.
- Develop CRM features based on user requirements.
- Deliver user training and onboarding to the group where required.
- Monitor data integrity and user adoption.
- Support email campaign setup and execution.
- Manage data uploads into the CRM system.
- Maintain and enhance automated workflows.
- Support ongoing data cleansing.
- Development & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in small scale enhancements to CRM or BI solutions.
- Participate in testing and implementation of system changes.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
General IT Support:
- Assist the Group IT team with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Provide technical support across departments as needed.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation
Your Profile
- Strong interest in data analytics and CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Attention to details and ability to follow processes.
- Previous exposure to CRM platform
- Familiarity with reporting / BI Tools
- Experience of working with business or customer data.
