Conex Bänninger Welcomes Gavin Coleman as International Business Development Manager

Gavin joins the business with a strong engineering background and extensive international sales experience. Having trained as a Mechanical Engineer and spent much of his early career as a design engineer, he developed a deep understanding of technical product applications before transitioning into international sales within the fire suppression industry.

Throughout his career, Gavin has built and managed business relationships across all five continents, with particular focus on the Far East and Australasia. His global experience has given him valuable insight into customer requirements, distribution networks and market opportunities, helping customers find solutions tailored to their specific needs.

“I enjoy combining my technical knowledge with customer support to truly understand a customer’s needs,” said Gavin. “By understanding the application, challenges and desired outcomes, you can identify the best possible solution and help ensure a positive result for everyone involved.”

Gavin was particularly attracted to Conex Bänninger by the opportunity to work with innovative technical products in a global marketplace.

As International Business Development Manager, Gavin will focus on developing new customer relationships, identifying opportunities in new markets and supporting international growth. His blend of engineering expertise and commercial experience positions him well to deliver long-term value for customers around the world.

Outside of work, Gavin enjoys travelling and cooking, particularly international cuisine, reflecting his passion for different cultures and global connections.
