The >B< Press system is a comprehensive family of press fittings by Conex Bänninger, designed for modern water, heating, gas, solar, and industrial installations. Press technology is currently one of the most efficient mounting solutions in the construction industry – fast, safe, and flame-free.

>B< Press fittings are manufactured from copper, bronze, stainless steel, and carbon steel, with a diameter range from 12 mm to 108 mm. This wide selection of materials, sizes, and sealing elements allows the system to be tailored to nearly any application in the installation industry.

What sets >B< Press systems apart?

Despite material differences, all >B< Press series feature two key design elements:

• Patented O-ring, adapted to specific applications (potable water, gas, solar, HVAC).

• Leak Before Press feature, available in diameters up to 54 mm (up to 108 mm in copper systems). The special seal design allows for pressure testing at low pressure to quickly detect any connections that have not been pressed.

This ensures a higher level of safety and installation control.

Copper and its alloys are among the most commonly used materials in sanitary and heating installations, characterized by durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

• >B< Press – for Potable Water: The core line of copper fittings (up to 54 mm). The system utilizes a B profile with 3-point pressing, ensuring a permanent and leak-proof joint. Sealing is provided by a high-quality EPDM O-ring.

• >B< Press XL – Large Diameters: Copper fittings up to 108 mm. The design difference lies in the use of 2-point pressing.

• >B< Press Gas – Gas Installations: A dedicated system for gas. Fittings feature a yellow HNBR O-ring and clear identification markings.

• >B< Press Solar – High-Temperature Installations: A solution for solar systems and installations operating at temperatures up to 230°C. Features a special green, heat-resistant O-ring.

Press fittings made of 316L stainless steel for potable water installations. The system provides high corrosion resistance and meets strict hygienic requirements.
